Admission
You will be able to manage student’s personal information, their academic information, in addition to the details of their parents/guardians. You can get a historical report of the student’s yearly performance at school at any point of time.
Fee Payment
It helps a school in collecting fees through an Online/Offline process and helps in maintaining a proper database of each and every transaction. Regular notifications are sent to parents in terms of due fees, late payment, etc.
Student Life Cycle
This is one of the most important modules of our software which acts as a brain for the entire School ERP system. All the modules are interlinked with the student information system which enables a school to fetch any type of information with just one click.
Teacher Life Cycle
Role based login access to the portal and teacher app is provided. Teachers can mark the class attendance, healthcare attendance, Competition attendance, View circulars, Apply leave, View student information etc through their app.
Inventory Management
It helps to manage inventory and stock for each branch. It includes controlling and overseeing of inventory, ordering inventory, storage of inventory, raising an indent, preparing quotations and the approval process. Each school can raise an indent, Upon approval by store Manager and principal, indent is visible in central store login. Purchase order can be raised for the suppliers.
Learning Management
In this module teachers can prepare the tests and assign the test to the students. Students can take the test through parent portal. Teacher can evaluate the test paper and provision of enabling the retest is also available. Provision of uploading resource document (Video/ Audio/DOC file) is available.
Online Entrance Exam
Provision of conducting online examinations with evaluation is available in this module. Invigilators can be assigned for the examinations. Provision of retest is also available. Online examination is conducted securely. Provision of Copy/Paste is disabled, One-time login, restriction of opening the link in multiple browsers, Restriction for opening a new tab is available.
Educational Resources
To make lessons more interesting Teachers can create flashcards, small audio/video clippings, and send it across to students. This provision is available both in app and portal. Teachers can upload educational resources grade wise and the same can be published to the parents. Parents in turn can submit the assignment online which inturn is visible in the teacher portal for evaluation.
Library
You can track the books in the library in addition to handling book issuance. Option of maintaining petty cash, Penalty payments, Bulk issue of books etc is available. Stock checking option is also enabled in the portal.
Automatic Timetable
You can create and publish timetable. When published, parents can view the timetable in their console (more on console later). We provide an automatic way to substitute absent staff. We provide the suggested substitution based on Staff availability and their work load, based on lot of Object dependencies and constraints inbuilt into the application.
Examination & Report Card
Module enables a school to generate different exams and tests as per the school needs. Unique feature of this module is that the same module can be used for generating ICSE, IGCSE, CBSE board report cards.
Report cards are generated in accordance with the boards' guidelines. Report cards can be generated and published to the parents.
Events Management
In this module QR Code is generated for a student, parents and additional members of the family. QR code is active for the eventonly for a certain period of time. Check-in and checkout details can be pulled as reports.
Master Calender
Master calendar includes planning of next academic year details. Coordinator can create events for the whole academic year and can assign particular events to teachers and can see the added events in calendar view. Teacher can update the progress. Option of One-on-One chatting is also made available for their convenience.
